Great Experience at a trying time.

I initially had a clog in my bathroom commode and shower. Ricardo worked on those items but was not 100% satisfied with the peed of the drain in the shower. He went outside to try to clear the issue from the main clean out pipe. After he had attempted that he said he needed to look in the crawl space because he did not feel like his machine had cleared the problem. At that point he noticed a large concern. My older home had galvanized piping. It was in very bad condition. Ricardo talked me through what we needed to do next and took pictures to create an estimate. The estimate was sent to me and accepted that same day. Once I Approved the estimate they were able to schedule me the very next day. They spent the day working and completed the job timely. Everything is working great and I am so relieved that this concern was found and fixed so quickly. Great company and Ricardo was a great plumber and a better person! Highly recommend this company.
